    1. [ENG-CAMS] The Royal visit to Cambridge, 1847
    2. Dear Listers, I have just completed it for another project but am more than happy to share my transcription of the several reports that appeared in The (London) Times in July, 1847, on the occasion of the visit of Queen Victoria and Prince Albert to Cambridge, the latter for his installation as Chancellor of the University. A very different age is conjured up by the 48 page text and dozens of names are mentioned. Any lister who wants the Word file may have it and may use it for any purpose. Ask and ye shall receive! Yours, etc. Geoffrey Woollard in Cambridgeshire.
