This may well be the same family, but my Peacocks are earlier John Peacock b 1775 Soham m Amy Freeman had 7 children including Mary b 1808 and probably a twin to Edward. She married into my Shipp family also of Soham. maybe we can find a connection. I'd rather like to be a Peacock - Patricia Peacock think of that! thanks for your help Pat

Hi folks - could not help notice the reference to the SHIPP family - My cousins and I have SHIPP in our family tree commencing with William SHIPP born about 1795 d. 1872 married to Flowert DRIVER abt 1815 with 8 children, Mary b 1817, John b 1820, Thomas b 1823, Ruth b 1825 (married to Joseph Hart 9my connection), Hannah b 1827, Avis b 1831, William b 1834, and Samuel b 1843.
