Fowlmere baptisms have been extracted onto the IGI but he's not there c1650. IGI has a marriage of Athanasius CARRINGTON and Elizabeth PHIPP on 7 Apr 1707 Fowlmere, Cambridge: Batch No M130771 Source 6035580 - Parish Register Transcripts indexed by T P R Layng published 1971. The Cambridgeshire Family History Society has a Burial Index 1801-17 - one entry for 1812 is for Athanasius CARRINGTON age 67 Fowlmere (so born about 1745) also 1803 Mary CARRINGTON age 45 Fowlmere (born about 1758). There are other Carrington names there in different parishes.
