    1. [ENG-CAMS] Cambridge address query - 1861 census
    2. Hi I am trying to find a little more about WANSTEAD HOUSE, Hills Road, Cambridge. I have a possible connection with a Jane Siely b 1841 (Norfolk) who is recorded as a servant there in 1861. It looks a bit like it might be a school, having boarders recorded & 2 teachers & domestic servants. I have tried googling. Does anyone have a directory where it is recorded? I can not find anymore about Jane, no marriage or death recorded. I would be grateful for any suggestions. Thank you Carol Adams

    3. Hi again :o) You can also find out more by going to this website: http://www.historicaldirectories.org/hd/ ....Selecting Cambridgeshire and then entering the key words of Wantstead House. It appears as though it had a connection to the Ely Diocesean Girls' Friendly Society Lodge and Training Home.
