David, I am working with George Whaley on this family. He was the person who originally posted the query on the Cambridgeshire rootschat forum. As far as I know, he has not rec'd the GRO certificates which would (hopefully) definitely answer questions on Hannah Whaley & John Scott. Thank you for replying.
