Hi Alan, No, I don't believe that we have had previous contact. SELL & RANDALL are both on the wife's side. SELL comes into the family twice. (1) John SELL b c1675 m Mary ? c1698. I have 8 children of this marriage, the fourth being Elizabeth bapt 27.3.1705 Litlington & married Abel SADLER 22.2.1725. Then follows Elizabeth SADLER m 1765 Thos PARKER; William PARKER m 1798 Ann WHISSON; Elizabeth PARKER m 1815 James BALL; George BALL m 1862 Ann SHARP; Elizabeth BALL m 1885 Arthur HOWARD - all of these marriages were in Litlington. Arthue HOWARD & family emigrated to Australia in 1907, but his brother Joseph emigrated in 1888 & their father Joseph in 1894. (2) Geoffrey/Jeffrey SELL was b c1814 Litlington (1881 census), however, I have not seen evidence of this, or have missed it in transcription. I know nothing of his forbears, but have some SELL's transcribed, but not yet allocated. He married Mary Ann RANDALL 1835, again in Litlington. I am showing 10 children from this union. Third born Mary b 12.6.1839 married Joseph HOWARD 5.11.1859 - she died 25.3.1879 - all Litlington. Joseph HOWARD, is the father referred to in above. RANDALL. Mary Ann RANDALL is the 2nd child of seven to William RANDALL & Sophia WING. She was bapt 17.8.1817 Litlington. Father William, I show as b c1773 & bapt 14.3.1779 Bassingbourne. I have nothing on his forbears. Sophia WING, I show as b 1.11.1792 & bapt 11.10.1801 Abington Pigotts. She was the last of eight children born to John WING & Alice BIRD. Sophia WING & William RANDALL were married 28.12.1812 Litlington.
