3. Hi Roger No IMPSONs in my lot (that I am aware of anyway <g>) Lydia is with her parents Ebenezer and Lucy in 1871 Ebenezer born 1832 in Fakenham and Lucy born 1831 Caistor They are enumerated as THOMPSON in 1871 Also at home with them is a father in law, James SWINGER Ebenezers father is shown as Phillip born 1796 Wells NFK in 1851 , no sign of wife though? She is not with them in 1841 either unfortunately Ebenezer's family are transcribed as TOMPSON in 1851 so it looks like a problem that occurs often. I have the 1841 to 1891 pages saved if you want them Best wishes Nivard Ovington, in Cornwall (UK) > Hello everyone, > Is there anyone on the Cambridgeshire list who has > any > information about a Lydia Marie IMPSON who was born in circa 1864 > in Norwich, Norfolk please. > I have just received a marriage certificate which proves that Lydia > married > my Gt. 3. Hello everyone, Is there anyone on the Cambridgeshire list who has any information about a Lydia Marie IMPSON who was born in circa 1864 in Norwich, Norfolk please. I have just received a marriage certificate which proves that Lydia married my Gt. Gt. Uncle Frederick Charles CAPEWELL (born 1865 in Madras, India). Frederick and Lydia were married on the 2nd of April 1888 at St. Matthews Church, St. Andrew the Less, Cambridge. Lydia and Frederick registered the birth of their son DONALD FREDERICK CAPEWELL in March 1889 in the Cambridge district. Sadly, Frederick Charles CAPEWELL died in March 1890. According to the 18881 census for St. Andrew the Less, Lydia's mother and Father were Ebenezer IMPSON and Lucy IMPSON. According to that census they had four children (at home) and these were Benjamin, Lydia, Ebenezer and Ernest. I would be most grateful to hear from anyone with any information about Lydia, her family and of course the fate of Donald Frederick Capewell. Many thanks in advance from Roger Capewell (in Derbyshire, England). 3. Some likely dates would make the search much easier. The third part of your request is easy enough, if perhaps time consuming: if the deaths are not on http://www.freebmd.org.uk/cgi/search.pl it's a case of ploughing through the indexes quarter by quarter. These are free at www.ancestry.co.uk. What was Elizabeth's maiden name? Do you have a rough idea of their likely baptism dates? If it was 1801-37 you could try the Cambs FHS website at http://www.cfhs.org.uk/Search.html which has a baptism index among many others There is a John Lee in Croydon in both census years, born c1816, in Croydon per 1861 and in Melbourn according to 1871, but his wife is Mary. In 1861 his mother Elizabeth age 76 was living with them. 1. [ENG-CAMS] Descendants of Victoria Hutchings (Pearson)
2. Jason Gaudet
3. Greetings, We are looking for descendants of woman named "Victoria Hutchings (Pearson)" born on 22 September, 1941 in Peterborough UK. Her mother was Joyce Emily Pearson, born around 1920. Grandfather was John William Pearson. Her mother married an RAF serviceman (Thomas Roland Hutchings) on 11 September 1940 at The Church of St. Paul, Peterborough. England. Victoria may not have known of her father or removed "Hutchings" as her surname, since he was killed in Canada in 1942. While training at RAF/RCAF air station Pennfield Ridge in the province of New Brunswick, Canada, he was sentence to death for a murder of a local girl. We need family members to come forward for our ongoing research project regarding Sgt. Hutchings' conviction. Over the last few years, his trial and conviction is being questioned. His sentence may have been a mistake. This may be grave news for a family which may have no idea about his life or outcome. Please contact to aid in assistance and for further explanation. Thank you. Jason Gaudet, (RCAF/RAF air station Pennfield Ridge, Canada '41-'45 & Blatchford/Gaudet Research projects). Email: [email protected] Canada. -Member of Canadian Aviation Historic Society; New Brunswick Genealogical Society; Blacks Harbour Historical Society.

2. John, I have an Elizabeth Webb born about 1774, location unknown, who married William Japes in London, 1797. They raised their family in Stow Cum Quy Cambridgeshire. William was originally from Impington. I have been unable to trace the family of Elizabeth Webb which I believe is somewhere in Cambridgeshire. Can you connect to this Webb line?
