I think his wife, Mary, had possibly died between 1851 and 1861. Josiah (b. 1822) and Catherine Roberts (b. 1828) and family. Thank you Gill

The 1871 for N.Crawley, Church End, High St. Bucks. has the following :- William Roberts widower 70 grocer born N.Crawley (as was everyone else named herein) Frederick " widower 42 shoemaker Mary Ann " single 22 grandaughter lace maker. housekeeper. 1861 for N.Crawley, High St. has ALL THREE as above, but aged 60. 32 and 11 respectively. 1861 for N.Crawley, Biggs Row, has the following :- Josiah Roberts 38 aglab Catherine " 33 lacemaker Ann " 15 " Emma " 8 " Sarah " 5 Arthur " 3 John " 1871 for N.Crawley, Church End, Private house, has the following :- Josiah Roberts 46 aglab [ he is shown as 'Marr'.
