It's more good fortune than anything else that any of the 1801-1831 censuses survive at all. They were supposed to be head counts only with no names for any members of the household. The existence of one of the early censuses with names doesn't mean that all others will exist or, if they do, that there will be any names. Survival of the early censuses is very patchy. Have a look on the Bucks Record Office site to see what, if anything, they have for the 1801 and/or 1811 censuses.
