Hi Steve, Have you seen the Bucks County Council website with all the old photos on yet? It is usually at <http://www.buckscc.gov.uk/leisure/photodb/index.htm> though I just tried to go to it and it showed an error. Give it a shot later, or try going to its home page link which you can see on the URL above and see if you can find the photos from there. I have a book called 'The History of The Borough of High Wycombe from 1880 to the Present Day' which was published in 1960, but that's a bit late for you I guess.
