    3. The 1871 census shows John TERRY, Hurdle Maker age 16 (but I'm not sure that's been transcribed right - there's an enumerators mark right through it, very hard to make out - could be 14) b Buckland Common BKM, living with his sister Mary TERRY, 21, Straw Plaiter, head, b Buckland Common BKM, in Tring, Herts (a short walk from Buckland) & her sons William, 3, & George, 2 months. I found what's probably the same Mary in Buckland in 1851 - William TERRY 25 Carpenter b Buckland BKM Mary wife 25 Straw Plaiter b Astrop Herts Elizabeth dau 8 Scholar b Tring Fredrick son 4 b Buckland Mary dau 2 do There are others who may be related.
