Have you looked at the 1881 census? www.familysearch.org The only Sarah WHITE born in Shabbington in the 1891 census (assuming the wife of John WHITE doesn't count) was 21, a servant in Oxford, i.e. not far from Harwell. Could be the same as the one in 1881. If so, her mother could be Sarah. Her grandparents are shown in the 1851 census as having a daughter Sarah, born in Shabbington about 1846/7. However, her grandfather is consistently shown as an agricultural labourer in the censuses.
