Hello, I am researching a family tree for a friend. Richard Buckmaster born 7/26/1824-8/13/1886 from Slapton, England married Louisa Neff 1/23/1835-12/07/1908 from Ohio. The last name was originally Buckmaster, but changed to Price upon arriving in America. Richard served as mayor of Clinton County, Iowa and also worked and developed a brick yard. They are buried in Springdale Cemetery. *Louisa’s parents were born in Virginia.
