Hi, I have a number of rellies shown in the 1881 Census Index as born in Moulford, Buckinghamshire. I have not been able to find this place on a recent map or in Parish Locator. In the 1901 census the same people gave their birthplace as Stony Stratford. Is/was Moulford a district of Stony Stratford? Happy burrowing, Raymond

Moulsford is a Chapelry of Cholsey both of which were in Berkshire but are now in Oxfordshire. However, that does not explain why they later said they were born in Stony Stratford.
