The "blocked mail" to which Sandra (herself a list admin) referred is a page each list admin has where undesirable mail collects for review prior to being junked. Just occasionally the tweaking lets real posts arrive there and languish, but only rarely. You have the privileged position of being the owner of the only "real" message I've ever had in "blocked mail" on this list - and I can't see why you've been so honoured ;-) Let me know offlist which address you'd like subscribed!
