I was at school with Richard Dukes at Wendover Church of England Primary School from 1955 to 1961. He then went onto the John Colet Secondary Modern School in Wendover, Bucks. (I passed the 11+ exam & went onto the Aylesbury Technical High School & lost touch with "Dickie" Dukes). He lived on the Honeydene Estate in Wendover, which is only 5 miles from Aylesbury. Don't know if this is any help! By the bye, I am a Warner from Wendover. Father was William Warner born 16/08/1894 Coldharbour, Tring Road, Wendover. He was the manager of W H Smith & Son bookstalls on Wendover and Great Missenden stations, retired through ill-health 1953. I believe I am related to Warners from Chesham. My grandfather Warner was a gardener/labourer at Halton House, a de Rothschilds house, later becoming the Officers Mess of RAF Halton. I now reside in Auckland, New Zealand.
