Hi Carol, Welcome to Bucks! I live near Gloucestershire and there is a small Town/large village called Lechlade on the River Thames just over the border from Wiltshire. There may be another place the way you have it, but I suggest Lechlade might be fruitful for you. There is an impressive Parish Church there that reflects its wealth from the Cotswold wool trade and near the top of the navigable river. She was also written on the 1861 Census as Elizabeth. Elizabeth came from Lucklade, Gloucestershire. On the 1851 Census I found Frederick King born abt. 1830 from Horton. He father was Francis - mother Mina. I am presuming that this is his family. So, I am trying to found out Mary Elizabeth maiden name. And Mina's maiden name.
