Hi list. I just came across some family records that I obtained on my grandmother's family back in 2000. Her parents, George Henry ABBOTT, b 1858, son of Joseph ABBOTT, wed Susan Mariah WEBB, b 1863, dau of James WEBB in 1881. Their first child was my grandmother, Alice Maud May ABBOTT, b Oct 14,1881 in The Marsh, Wycombe. I have heard that there were 2 more children in this family, found in the baptisms in the High Wycombe circuit Weslyan Church.... Arthur Harry Abbott, b Jan 1884, and Sarah Mabel Abbott, b Mar 1887. I don't know if there were more children, or who these 2 wed. Wondering if SKS could please help me further? My grandmother married Alfred William GODWIN b1869 of Gloucester in 1903, moved to South Africa, and had 7 children. I'd love to find information on where/when they wed to fill in some blanks in my family story. I need Alfred's full info too. So many holes in my family tree!
