Hello Listers, Would someone please verify an entry on the 1841 census for the first child in the family of JAMES BARLOW, living at Moors End near Hambleden. This is what I have copied from the film. JAMES BARLOW 50 CARPENTER Y HANNAH BARLOW 45 JANE 19 ***** MARY 15 GEORGE 13 MOSES 8 WILLIAM 4 REBECCA 2 I haven't been able to find the birth for Jane, there is another daughter named Ann who would have been about that age and there was a son John, who would have been around 20. Can someone kindly check the entry and confirm the name of the first child for me please. Thank you Carol, Ontario, Canada

I read it exactly as you've written. Clearly Jane, & the age looks like 19 to me. All born in county.
