Another thing - there's a Sarah KEEN aged 12 in 1851 in Hawridge, near St. Leonards. Ag. Lab. Mother Mary, 52, widowed, Pauper - despite 3 Ag Lab sons, Sarah, & a 3 yeard old grandson who was also (according to the census transcript) an Ag. Lab. Whole family born Hawridge. Could be yours. The forthcoming Bucks Genealogical Society 1861 census transcription might help there.
