Hi I have an entry for a William Kitchener on the 1851 census at White Horse st William Kitchener head age 54 wife Francis 50 John son 24 baker George son 18 farmers son William son 11 scholar Thomas son 8 scholar Sarah Green niece 13 Samuel Green nephew 9 both in receipt of parish relief b. Clifton. These last two are the children of my Green line. I believe William is their uncle Ann Kitcheners brother, Ann was married to George Green the childrens father.
