Anne, Emberton village is just across the river from Olney. There was a local history group in the village a while ago I'm not sure they are still active. You could try going to the MKHA web page: http://www.mkheritage.co.uk/ and selecting Olney and District Historical Society and contacting them information@olneyhistory.org.uk see if they can place "Emberton lee".
