Hi Anne A good first step could be to contact Bucks Family History Society & request a search of their baptism database for Charles, James and Daniel HIGGINSes and perhaps for all HIGGINS events in Emberton. A baptism search will only cost a few £££. This is the BFHS website: http://www.bucksfhs.org.uk. I see they've got Emberton baptisms from 1813.
