Hi Nancy - 1851 census has a Felix Mead born in Olney Bucks around 1808. Back in the 1841 census he'd already moved on to Northamptonshire. I'm guessing 1796 is too late for your Joseph? I have a Joseph MEAD baptised in Wing that year but I doubt he's your guy.
