Hi Paul According to FreeBMD, Ancestry and FMP there were no births registered in England and Wales after 1942 with a surname of GARBETT and a mother's maiden name of BENNETT...so unless they were born else where ( and a lot of British children were for example born in Germany in the years after WWII) it doesn't look like it... Her death was registered in the Wolverhampton RD in March quarter of 1972 - have you tried looking to see if she (or her husband) left a will - that would mention their children if they had any (one would hope!). I do have an interest in the surname GARBETT in the Black Country, but much earlier than this...
