I need advise re electoral registers, Is it possible to ckeck where my great granddad was between the years 1911 and 1920  via electoral registers, I have tried to find him on the 1911 census ever since it was released with no luck I know he was in Birmingham as there are entries in trade directories this is what I have1917 DURN William, cycle wheel maker 73 1/2 Bath St   birmingham He dies 1946, Can anyone help me please Aileen
