Hi Patsy, I have Sarah SKELDON (c1835 Rowley Regis/Netherton). On the 1861 census she is living in Titford Lane, Oldbury. By that time she was Sarah HUGHES and although her condition is entered as "married" she is living with her mother (her husband is not there) on the night of the census. I have no trace of her after that. Would you know whether she in anyway connects with your HUGHES family in Oldbury?
