David I have Ernest GROUCUTT born circa 1899 & his as parents as John C GROUCUTT & Comfort nee RALPHS. I have not proved this family but from the 1901 indexes I have John & Comfort in West Bromwich with possibly Ernest, George 1886, Samuel 1888, Dora 1890,Charles 1892 & John 1894. John was my Gt grandfather Absalom's brother.
