Gaye: I've been away for a few days and only just seen your query. I haven't seen any reply on-list. I'm not aware of a Buck Row in Oldbury, and don't think there ever was one. But there was a Bath Row in Rounds Green, forming a back lane to Dingle Street. Some of my ancestors lived there. Could your "Buck" be a misreading for "Bath"?
