Hi All, This morning my young Labrador was trying to get me to play with her while I was doing something far more important, when I suddenly remembered a saying that seemed right for the occasion. The saying was "Go and sell your matches", meaning stop bothering me and go away and do something else. My wife and I can both remember our parents using the expression when we were growing up, when we were making a nuisance of ourselves when growing up. Does anyone else remember the saying or does anyone know the origin of the saying, and was it only used in the BC? John
