The brick office building is still standing alongside the canal, but the works stopped trading some years ago and is now an industrial estate. If you go into google maps and type in the search box "Hulbert Drive" rather than Pear Tree Lane (typing this in comes up with Pear Tree Lane, Coseley) you will find it. I used to work at Grazebrooks in the 1960s. Regards Jean
