There seems to be a new site online, www.yorkcastleprison.org.uk/family-history.html, about the history, prisoners, and employees of York Castle Prison. It is searchable by name. I do hope the same will be done with Stafford Prison. (not sure that's the right name of it.) Cheers, Lois
