I want to thank Gill, Paul, Maggie, Pete and Linda for their help with my quest to learn the reason for Thomas Baggott's imprisonment at Stafford Prison in 1871 and 1873. Maggie had notes showing a crime for a Thomas Baggott earlier, when he would have been 18. Can't be sure it's him, but if so, it would make him a repeat consumer of the prison system.
