Hi All, Looking for more information on my Great Grandfather John Cooper Born Tipton 1850 Parents John & Ann. After his Wife Mary (Maiden Name Cotterill) died in 1894, he Married a Widow called Rachel Emma Blakesly (Maiden Name Chesterton ) . She had two children from her previous marriage:- Arthur Blakesly B.1887 in Dudley Phoebe " B. 1890 in " ; If anyone can connect to this family I would love to hear from them.
