Many listers see a question which may help them but never see the replies, and for those looking back in the archives it's a hopeless task tracking down someone who has probably changed their email address. Most other lists do this, hence their seemingly "busy" status. One thing to remember now is that if you don't want to reply to the list as a whole, you must physically make sure that your reply goes to sender. In most popular email clients the simpler way is to firstly select reply all and then delete the list address. It's actually just a reverse of how the list is working at present. Here's to many less brick walls this year!
