Hello again Margaret. Didn't mean to send the previous message as it was incomplete. The PRICE name (should I say the name is popular as opposed to common!!) I've never found a connection to my family but still keep trying. JOHN PRICE, born c1805 Dudley. 2nd wife Jane Jenkins, Westminster. He had moved to London, his first wife died there. He, his second wife Jane and family came back to West Brom. They lived at 38 Lyttleton Street for I suppose 30 years or so). John was a Coal Dealer, but can't find a registration. His father John was also a Coal Dealer in Dudley. Children of his of whom I have some information - * William (b c1840 Dudley) married Elizabeth ? from Ireland * John James, married Sarah ? They lived in West Bromwich (maybe moved later to Northop, Wales) * Sarah, married Thomas Cooper, they lived at Key hill, and later in Barr St, Birmingham. * Robert Edward, married Hannah Groom - came to New Zealand * George, married Selina Pritchard, they lived in West Brom. Then moved to Lancashire. George died there. * Eliza, married Samuel Groom - came to New Zealand. John Price's other children of which I have no information are - Elizabeth, James, Charles, Mary Ann, Isaiah, Hannah, Rosa and Harriet. I have written, just to put the names out there again.
