Hi Would anyone have a probate listing for Thomas SIMPSON d= 12 Apr 1913 in Bloxham? (and where & how to get a copy of the will) His wife Mary SIMPSON died near in Plumstead (Kent?) on 13 Oct 1920. Would the wills be in Oxfordshire (for both) or would Mary's will be in Kent? In this case, do wills, at that time, usually leave most assets to the wife and then when she dies she would have to dispose of all their remaining marriage property? Thank you Maureen
