"Has somebody been putting something in the coffee in Banbury? Something is? causing the old boys to get frisky!" Nah, always been that way. "Len that is just normal for men of their time!! You know that." Started at Infant school, why spoil a good thing.?Dawn, are you suggesting Len is/was any different? Besides all that, it is nice to see the list can still enjoy a good 'banter'. I think us "men of their time", should all meet up at one of the shopping precinct benches. Would not need any Hunt Edmunds to go/get cross-eyed. Just in case the ladies become jealous, we can allocate different days. Spoil the fun a bit though 8>)) If you have seen the TV series 'Last of the Summer Wine', you would see why?some?call me Compo, (among not so polite names on occasions). Now you can see why I always 'sign off' with that signature! Enjoy Life. Never promise, but will always try. Regards, Bob Sangster

Guilty as charged M'Lud! I used to have a dog that chased after cars, but if he caught one, he wouldn't know what to do with it! Ladies, only worry when your husband doesn't look at a nice pair of legs. It could mean he is comatose! I just had to put in my twopenneth. As someone who is still on the Banbury list although not currently contributing with a lull in my research, I always enjoy reading about other people's searches and the help they get given, but I must say this 'banter' tonight has put a bit smile on my face and I'm sure on many faces of those struggling with their research and facing 'brick walls'. It's good to see what great senses of humour you all have. Keep up the good work.
