    2. It is difficult to say for certain which building was the Buck and Bell, just by looking at the buildings and present day numbering, but the Jai Pur Restaurant is my best guess. Your William was the Licensee of the Buck and Bell at 39 Parson Street, where as the present Buck and Bell is in North Bar. 39 Parson Street, (was Parsons Lane), is still standing, so can still be visited. If of any help, I can be found at the local Study Centre on Wednesday and Friday afternoons, so if convient, please let me know when you visit, and I will willingly, help you out if required. My pleasure. Enjoy Life. Never promise, but will always try. 1. Re: [BAN] Three Pigeons Pub
    2. Sorry, I didn't read down far enough. The Three Pigeons address?could even?be different from those you gave. It could be classed as Southam Rd or Castle St, as well as North Bar and Neithrop. It is the same pub whichever address is shown, and is the only building in the town centre to still have a thatched roof. It often has?three straw pigeons aloft, but they do disappear from time to time, plucked away by the elements and birds to line their nests. Neithrop is the district/parish it is in, and stands on the junction of the other three roads. It is still open and operating. I drive past it every time I go to work. It has changed little on the outside from its early photos/illustrations.
