    3. Rootsweb has been down over the weekend, looks like it's just recovering. Neil The Rootsweb Server failure was not the reason why the mails, mentioned below, were bouncing- A link I gave for administration, to obtain copies of the Welcome and Guidelines Message had an error in it. The matter has been resolved. See today's mail.
