Hi Brian I have a William Gregory in my tree, born 1838 in Warmington. Reg at Banbury. He was the fourth child of Edward Gregory and Sarah (Hardiman). He married Hannah Maria Castle in 1868 and had three sons. He later died in 1885. Is this your William? Francis, Sorry for the delay in replying but I have been away for a few days. Thank you for contribution to my problem but I don't think it is my William. I believe my William's father was James and William had only one brother also called James, who was brought up in Preston Capes in Northamptonshire. Back to the drawing board!!
