Hi All I hope to make a visit soon to the area of Swalcliffe to see if I can find the burial place of Elinor Blake buried at Swalcliffe, possibly Horley in 1813 and also her son Edward Gregory who died in Hornton 1864 . Is there any way that I can find out, prior to the visit, exactly where they are buried? as I am presuming that there must be loads of cemetaries within the area. Do I need to find burial records? and will they give me the exact plot? Frances
Hi Frances Elinor Blake was buried at Swalcliffe in 1813 and Edward Gregory in Hornton in 1864. I can provide the burial entry from the parish registers if required although this does not include the plot details.
