    3. Dear Dorothy I've just been going through my emails and realised that there were (are?) GIBBS at Yarnton, Oxfordshire. My ancestors were connected by marriage in the early 1800s. His wife was born c 1785-90 and came from a large family. This may be an area for research. I think they were in the area for quite a time. Hope this gives you another path to try.
