    3. G'day Angela Sorry for the delay in replying. I had no idea I'd be off-line not long after responding to the roll call. I didn't have the information about Lucy Faulkner so thank you for her. What does the "AE" stand for? I have the 1827 christening from IGI batch records (just shows bapt date, mother Mary - no birthdate) and I was hoping this is not my girl! Not because of illegitimacy but because it makes tracing her harder. Sadly, MA's death certificate in Australia doesn't mention her parents. Two of her children were named Lucy, and Charles, which is suggestive but of course not conclusive. Her age at death was 54, in 1880, suggesting a birth year of around 1826. Her marriage certificate in 1848 lists her as marrying Robert Jarvis at Adderbury; father John Faulkner, labourer. She was pregnant at the time (they jumped on board a ship for Sydney not long after; baby was born on board). Do you happen to have a burial for a John Faulkner of Adderbury? Perhaps Mary was a widow when she got pregnant and/or had MA. Were there a lot of Faulkners in Adderbury? Another Mary perhaps? Thanks for your help Angela, and, as always, thank you so much for everything you do for this list, it's marvelous.
