Dawn I have read your book, congratulations. I had to buy a 2nd copy to send to my mother - she was very excited when I told her there were photographs of her at school in the book, also photos of my grandmother I had seen those photographs. We have never seen photos of her that young, the youngest one we have of her she was about 16. I was particularly interested in the piece about Hill trees being a dangerous place to play, I remember spending many happy hours hiding up there with friends. Our house was at the top of the hill above the trees. And I thought it was a 'secret' place that no one knew about! Oh well. Christine Hartwell Oregon USA
