(taking into account of how the calander ran in 1749) or too soon? HO: With six young kids to look after, definitely not too soon. I expect this is the same man. Wm Aris & Mary F have 2 children at MC in 1749 & 1751- nothing else for them! There is a burial for a Mary Aris at MC in 1752 Q - now is that Mary (nee Falkner) Aris or Mary dau of Wm & Eliz born 1743 so aged abt 9yrs?? HO: impossible to say. It could be either, or someone else. Another option could be Wm & Mary F moved elsewhere & had other offspring. HO: Or Mary simply could have passed childbearing age, if she was of a similar age to William, and William hadn't married really young the first time. No children showing for a William & Mary (nee Goffe) Aris after the 1759 marriage at MC HO: Again, this could be because the wife was past childbearing age. No children at Chacombe/MC for Wm Aris/Mary Aris of Adstone marriage 1751 (anyone have access to Adstone pr's - see if they are there) Finally how many of these William ARIS's are the same man - or not!?
