    3. Susan have you looked at the 1841-1911 census info ? That will tell you a lot. You are probably looking for Charles Gulliver born about 1834 Middleton Cheney or Marston St Lawrence, married Mary Heritage 1862 Brackley 3q 3b 13. If you order the certificate you can confirm their parents (likely to be John and Joanna for Charles). there was another Charles Buckley born Marston about 1832 but he married Martha Claridge in 1859. Hisis parents were William and Ann. 3. Thanks Ian It could be Reginald D Loveridge B.1931 (July q.) Banbury. The original information came from another persons tree researching Cornelius Loveridge his father. Have tried on line for achives on newspapers, no luck. Would I have to visit or contact paper or library? Does all of this ring a bell with anyone locally. Regards Carol

    2. Carol Burgess
    3. I have just seen the photos of Samuel and Elizabeth Boss (husband and wife or brother and sister?). I wonder if they might have been distant relatives to me. My grandmother was Kathleen Boss b. 1889 Banbury her father was John Boss and mother Mary (don't know maiden name could have been O'Sullivan) she came from Ireland. Does this mean anything to anyone.

Age/date of birth/family/circumstances etc. The Banbury Guardian and/or Oxford Mail and Times archives, may be worth a trawl. 2. Barry Dunwoody
    3. Hi all, I have John Thomas Brookes' family in my tree living at 72 Merton Street, Grimsbury. All their children born there were registered in Banbury but in the 1901 census their birth place is listed as Grimsbury, Northants. At the top of the page it says Admin County Oxford, Banbury, Grimsbury. Parliamentary Division: South Northants. Ecclesiastical Parish: Christchurch South. In the 1891 census the civil parish is given as Warkworth, Banbury, Hamlet of Grimsbury. The rest as above. Does anyone know if the county boundary got moved or were births listed in the census according to Parliamentary Division? >From my paper round days, I remember all the houses in Merton Street being within the town and county boundaries!
