McClendon July 31, 1837 in Davdison Co., TN. Halley Frances Ellis was born abt 1815 in NC. In 1860 Thomas J. and Halley Frances (Ellis) McClendon lived near a Louis Ellis who was born abt 1790 in NC. I am descended from their daughter Anna Ross McClendon. Any info on this branch would be appreciated!!! God bless!!! Brant
