Does anyone have information on the Ellis families of Casey County, KY? My g.g. grandfather, James Ellis, b ca1823 (KY?), married Ann Thomas (dau of Evan Thomas) and had the following children: Joshua Matthew b 1843 (my g. grandfather); Betsy Ann, b 1845; Nancy, b 1848. Joshua Matthew married Martha Weddle in Casey County. I would like to know who the parents and siblings of James Ellis were. Can anyone help? Thank you! Bertha Emmett
