Yesterday in replying to a post mentioning an aspect of the Ellis mailgroup, I indulged in some inappropriate satire. In so doing, I hurt the feelings of one of the people on this group. I realize now that my attempt at wittiness could easily be misconstrued, and I sincerely apologize if my remarks have hurt anyone's feelings. Too often, I "shoot from the lip" without thinking carefully of what I am saying or how it can be taken by others. This was one such time. My intent was not to deride or hurt anyone, you are all good and generous, sharing people and I respect you greatly.
